REQUEST FOR HIRING SERVICES OF REPUTABLE PRINTING PRESS FIRM FOR PRINTING OF PAKISTAN SUGAR JOURNAL ON QUARTELY BASIS.
1 SUGARCANE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD (SRDB), an organization with the mandate to promote research sugarcane and modalities for investment while Facilitating High Quality Research, Development and Extension activities for the Technical progress and Profitability of the Punjab Sugarcane Industry through Sustainable production systems. Sugarcane mega market research & development board intends to hire the services of a reputable NTN holder Printing Press Firm registered under Press & Publication Ordinance for printing of Pakistan Sugar Journal on quarterly basis (sample available at SRDB office) on following terms and conditions.
- Size 11”X 8.5”,Quantity 850, Pages 44, Four colour printing (quantity and pages can be increased/decreased)
- Composing, binding and printing as per sample available in SRDB Office
- Paper quality Title 115-gram glaze, inside 90-gram glaze sample available in SRDB Office (SRDB has right to returned all printed material if it is not as per approved sample). Please attached samples of paper with financial bid.
- Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure will be used for open competitive bidding. The interested firms will submit their sealed bid in the name of CEO, SRDB, comprising single package envelop containing ‘Financial Rate’, Amount must be mentioned in figures and in words to avoid any confusion”.
- Financial proposals should accompany a RS.1000/= Cash (Nonrefundable Tender fee)
- Sealed tender must reach at office of CEO (SRDB), AARI, Jhang Road, Faisalabad by 22-01-2018 at 12:00 noon Tenders will be opened on the same day on 2:00 pm in the presence of representatives of the participating firms if they want to come.
- Sugarcane Research & Development Board (SRDB) reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance of bid and to annul the bidding process at any time, however, reasons for rejection or annulling bid process will be communicated to the concerned bidder (s) in accordance with the Procurement Rules.
- Carrying in/out of material will be responsibility of bidding firm.
- Assignment should be completed with in 15 days after receiving Work Order.
